Sergio

Veterinary Surgeon

Sergio qualified from the University of Murcia in 2014. Sergio's keen interest in exotic animals led him to work for several exotic animal practices and wildlife centres across Spain and North America gaining valuable experience with reptiles, parrots, birds of prey, rodents, and other exotic mammals.

Sergio moved to the UK in 2019 and has recently obtained his Postgraduate certificate in Exotic Animal Practice during summer 2023. 

Sergio joined the 608 vets team in October 2023. He is currently working toward obtaining his Advanced Practitioner Status in Exotics/Zoological medicine.

He has been a herpetology hobbyist from a very young age, but he currently owns 2 rabbits, a mischievous ferret and kitten which like to spend the time playing and chasing each other.
